Mr. Hodges reflects a commercial real estate background, having been in the appraisal industry since 1982. After completing a number of valuations and feasibility studies on aviation facilities between 1988 and 1995 he founded Airport Business Solutions in 1995 to concentrate solely on aviation valuation and consulting. (The company was previously known as The Aviation Appraisal Group.) His exclusive aviation concentration is significant in that the unique combination of experience in both commercial real estate and aviation is essential in the completion of many projects, especially those relating to business/leasehold valuation, lease negotiations, and market rent studies.
